So it seems you can’t win em all and the road to hell really is paved with good intentions. Spent the past few days trying to save a variety of relationships, some more important than others, and some requiring rather excessive efforts to do so. However not a single one was beneficial as it seems many people say want thing but when actually comes to it. They don’t. Much like James who was convinced wanted me around but it seems only when he feels like it and can be bothered, as I failed to get any replies to a selection of things said to him. *Sigh* Dw, it was only important.
Equally tried to talk to a few others about things and in some cases just tried to be a friend for that to fall flat on my face. Again, I offer to spend £200 and hours of traveling just to be there for a friend only to get a less than positive response. Kinda got frost bite from that response.
Generally it is really starting to bug me, how little people will do for others. When it actually comes to making an effort for someone, they just don’t want to know. So many of these people say love each other etc, but they don’t put any effort in and then surprised when it doesnt work out. Equally instead of fighting to have em around they just them go. Nothing upsets me more than when no one tries to keep you around.
Then at work it seems my requests and the word of my superiors means surprisingly little. I was due to spend new years down in the west country with all my family and spending night at the Studio where was filming a few weeks ago. Sadly though it seems despite this being a long standing arrangement, I will be working all of the 31st and so there is no way of getting down there in time, so I am due to spend it home alone. Looking to positive though, If I can scrape together some friends there is potential for a nice night with some people around.
